I am extremely interested in this plate for my race car. Is it at all possible for me to get one of these plates to put the efi on my 20r head? i would be more than happy to let you know how it works out.

I started talking to my brother about doing this several years ago when I first put a 20r head on my 22r block. We would have done it long ago but he moved too far away to do the appropriate test fitting, trial runs, etc. If you guys get enough interest to consider doing this again, just drop me a line and I'll gladly be a test mule!

It is a common thing for the off road enthusiast to build his toyota 4x4 with a 22re motor and but a 20R head on for higher compression, but then you are stuck with having to use a carb. I think this adapter plate would open up a whole new market for people that have highly modified 22R or 22RE blocks with 20R heads that want to run fuel injection.

good on you guys for seeing that and making it easier for this conversion to happen!
